• Process monthly payroll for Singapore-based permanent and contract staff.

• Calculate wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements accurately.

• Ensure timely submission of CPF and other statutory contributions.

• Verify timesheets and payroll supporting documents.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll matters.

• Handle payroll queries and maintain strict confidentiality.

• Support year-end payroll activities and external audit requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

• Minimum years 1-2 of payroll processing experience.

• Experience in Singapore payroll is preferred; candidates without experience must be willing to learn Singapore statutory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.

• Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Experience in high-volume or contract payroll; cross-border payroll exposure is an advantage.
