Full Time Account Cum Admin Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Moci Technology (M) WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

i. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance / Accounting and equivalent.

ii. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

iii. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

iv. Candidate with accounting experience in property industry will be prioritized.

v. English as a first language and Mandarin speaking and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

vi. Able to communicate with all relevant parties.

vii. With Malaysia Driving Licence.

• Handling of office clerical and general duties in office (courier, delivery, email enquiries, inbound and outbound call)

• Customer service

• Helping Marketing Dept. documents organize and prepare.

• Handling of full sets of accounts.

• Stock take and management.

• Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system (AUTOCOUNT).

• Preparation of monthly payment schedule & bank reconciliation.

• Reconciliation of debtors and creditors statement of accounts.

• Preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and etc)

• Handling of staffs payroll, EPF and SOCSO.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agent on audit and tax matters
