The role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our team at ATP SALES & SERVICES SDN. BHD.' in Melaka. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth delivery of our products and services to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • To do sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with manager and team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged/ Diploma in related field/ proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/ customer service role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team environment
