Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline

Good communication and interpersonal skills

One year working experience in any fields

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia , Mandarin, and English

Self motivated, result oriented, and customer focused

possess a valid driving license

Willing to travel extensively and undertake outstation trips

Service and manage exisiting customer accounts

Build strong rapport and long term relationship with customers

Handle customer enquiries and provide effective solutions

Coordinate and follow up on customers orders to ensure smooth delivery

Resolve issues relating to orders, deliveries, and customer satisfaction

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage

Travel oustation approximately 10 days per month to visit customers and develop business opportunities
