• No experience needed, Training will be provided

• Must be able to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with shifts subject to change

• Basic: RM1700.00

• Allowances: Meal Allow (RM8.00/ hour), Attendance Allow (RM100.00/ month) and Utility Allow (RM50/month)

• Location: Sunway Carnival Penang (vacancy: 1 full time and 2-part timers)

• Operate POS system efficiently and accurately.

• Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given.

• Monitor order queue and manage peak-hour workflow.

• Take orders accurately and confirm details with customers.

• Provide product recommendations and explain menu items clearly.

• Maintain personal hygiene standards.

• Provide excellent customer service (greeting & smilling).

• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a calm and professional manner.

• Maintain positive body language, eye contact and professional appearance.

• Suggest add-ons, combos, and seasonal promotions confidently.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in POS system operation

• Accurate cash handling and reconciliation skills

• Understanding of customer service standards in F&B environment

• Ability to manage transaction speed during peak hours

• Knowledge of sanitization procedures for cashier counter

• Strong attendance record and ability to follow shift schedule
