• Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate

• Proficient in spoken english

• At least 1 year working Experience in F&B industry.

• Experienced wait person / customer service personnel from western restaurants or hotels are added advantage.

• Able to work in non-halal environment (pork-free, serve alcohol)

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Complete all tasks given and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key outcomes

  • Know Maria’s products thoroughly, including food, beverage (product knowledge and preparation), and promotions.

  • Complete all daily tasks in check list and prep list.

  • Complete all weekly cleaning and maintenance list

  • Follow all the rules and regulations of the company.

  • Understand and follow all SOPs set by the company, including waiter scripts, cleaning procedures, table setting, etc.

  • Read comprehensively on beef steaks and have an Intermediate knowledge.

  • Build good relationships with customers.
