Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and quantity surveying practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects.
- Support the preparation of Material Take-Offs (MTO) and quantity measurements.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor claims and preparing payment certificates.
- Help monitor project costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Perform other quantity surveying and administrative duties as assigned.
