Full Time Factory Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in PCG Global System Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, or a related science field.

Experience: Typically requires 3-7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments, with several years in a supervisory or management

Leadership: Strong team-building and conflict-resolution abilities to manage diverse groups of workers and department heads.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks and quickly resolve issues that derail production.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) and supply chain management.

Data Analysis: Capacity to analyze production metrics, KPIs, and labor efficiency to drive continuous improvement.

Production Planning & Scheduling: Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure manufacturing processes are efficient and meet customer demand and report to HQ

Quality Control: Enforce quality standards and SOPs to minimize scrap, rework, and defective goods.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise factory staff, conduct performance reviews, and assign daily tasks.

Equipment Maintenance: Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure machinery is in good working order and to reduce unexpected downtime.

Cost & Inventory Management: Monitor budgets, optimize resource use, reduce operating costs, and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
