Tanggungjawab
Processing sales orders in ERP system for all POS;
Processing stock transfer to/from POS;
Weekly reporting of confirmed orders;
Issuing returns and following up with the receipt of goods which were returned;
Updating the shortages (missing SKU) for weekly out of stock reports;
Continuous follow up of the delivery lead-time of orders;
Market returns follow-up from end to end and daily reporting of the issued credit notes;
Preparing the monthly report of logistics partner’s performance;
Sharing shipment details with stakeholders;
Preparation and checking of invoices, E-invoices, importation duties and taxes;
Willing to travel for physical stock take from time to time;
Ad-hoc administrative tasks related to order processing, inventory, importation and logistics.
