Full Time Senior Marketing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Asian Business Software Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well across teams, and delivers impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore, with a focus on ABSS Accounting, Premier Connect, and Financio Payroll.

You will be involved in product marketing, content creation, digital marketing, video production, webinars, events, and campaign management, while working closely with the Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and product adoption.

Experience in SaaS, accounting, payroll, ERP, or technology-related industries will be an advantage. Exposure to B2B marketing, webinars, events, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and AI tools is preferred. Familiarity with SME business operations, accounting, payroll, e-Invoicing, or compliance-related topics will be a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
• Strong English writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in content creation and campaign execution
• Basic video creation and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar platforms
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable hosting webinars, conducting product presentations, or appearing in marketing videos when required

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SaaS, accounting software, payroll software, ERP, or technology-related industries
• Experience in B2B marketing, webinar management, and event marketing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms
• Understanding of SME business operations, accounting, payroll, e-Invoicing, or compliance-related topics
• Experience using AI tools to improve content creation and marketing productivity

Product Marketing

• Develop and execute product marketing campaigns
• Translate product features into customer-focused benefits
• Support product launches, updates, and feature releases
• Create product positioning and campaign messaging

Content & Campaign Management

• Create EDMs, landing pages, webinars, social media content, videos, and customer communications
• Develop lead nurturing and customer engagement campaigns
• Support partner marketing communications and promotions

Digital Marketing

• Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and email channels
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Support lead generation and conversion initiatives

Video Creation, Webinars & Events

• Plan, create, edit, and publish marketing videos for social media, webinars, campaigns, and product promotions
• Produce product demonstrations, tutorial videos, customer testimonials, and event highlights
• Coordinate and support webinar planning, hosting, and post-event activities
• Coordinate webinars, workshops, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events
• Work closely with speakers, trainers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution

Market & Product Research

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and SME business challenges
• Identify opportunities for new campaigns and product positioning

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare campaign performance reports
• Analyze lead generation, conversion, and engagement metrics
• Present insights and recommendations to management
