Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
Good understanding of Malaysia Employment Act.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Willing to undergo training in Penang and relocate permanently to Ipoh in 2027.
Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions while supporting a positive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
Oversee HR operations such as payroll coordination, leave administration, employee benefits, and HR records.
Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysia Employment Act.
Coordinate office administration and facilities to support daily operations.
