Job Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.

• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped out on time every day.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and billing statements.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to ensure sufficient inventory.

• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional information on e-commerce platforms.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer service support.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory.

• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.

• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Able to prepare quotations, invoices, and billing statements accurately.

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to ensure daily orders are completed on time.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication skills and positive working attitude.

• Experience in e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
