Full stack developer

Familiar with Laravel

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent

Candidate must possess at least 2-4 years of project management experience in the software development industry OR equivalent

Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements

Strong team player

Able to work under stress to meet deadline

Responsive and have self-initiative to ensure project quality

Passionate about technology, project and people management

Master's degree or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum) is an added advantage.

Spearhead, coordinate, and communicate between the client/product team, management team, software technical team, UI/UX team, and quality assurance team.

Strong stakeholder management is a must. Ability to manage challenges internally and externally, build and maintain good working rapport with clients.

Working as a team as well as working independently to deliver the assigned projects.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Detailed project documentation is needed.

Coach and support the project team.

Identify, analyze, and perform change requests.

Project monitoring to ensure project quality within time, scope, cost, and quality.

Diagnose issues professionally and provide solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage risk and provide solutions to management and stakeholders for decision-making.

Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits

Manage project transition activities to operational teams and ensure proper project closure.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, share best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders.
