1、Job Requirements Candidates are required to have more than 5 years of overall data center working experience and at least 2 years of working experience in data center operation management position.

2、A full-time bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.

3、Possess internationally recognized professional certifications is preferred, including but not limited to PMP, ITIL, and Uptime Institute AOS.

4、 Familiar with data center operation management systems and industry standards such as CQC8302 and Uptime MO.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall daily operation management of the data center, covering electrical system, HVAC system, fire protection system, environment monitoring system and all supporting infrastructure. Arrange shift schedules, manage on-site operation engineers, and ensure stable 7×24-hour continuous operation of IDC facilities.

2. Organize daily patrol, regular inspection, maintenance and professional testing for power distribution system, UPS, battery banks, diesel generators, precision air conditioners, cooling systems and other core equipment. Lead emergency troubleshooting, power failure response and equipment fault disposal to eliminate operational risks.

3. In charge of team management, daily task allocation, performance assessment and professional skill training. Standardize on-site operation SOPs, improve team technical capability and on-site execution.

4. Establish and optimize data center operation management systems, maintenance standards, inspection specifications and emergency response plans. Complete daily operation logs, maintenance records, statistical reports and standardized document management.

5. Responsible for project coordination, customer communication, renovation supervision and equipment acceptance. Manage third-party vendors and supervise the quality, safety and progress of external maintenance services.

6. Take charge of data center cost control, operational budget management and key business indicator assessment. Optimize operational costs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the data center meets annual operational and management targets.

7. Strictly implement safety production management, conduct regular safety inspections and hidden danger rectification, effectively control on-site construction and operational risks, and ensure zero major safety and operational accidents
