Tanggungjawab
Receive and verify invoices in the system, ensuring correct item locations, prices, and quantities.
Monitor and report any short-supplied or rejected items within the specified deadlines.
Notify management when suppliers fail to turn up.
Prepare invoice lists and attach the relevant purchase orders.
File all documents in shared folders.
Prepare inter-branch or location transfer documents.
Process inter-branch receipts in the system.
Issue invoices based on requests from the Material Planner.
Maintain organized documentation through scanning and filing.
Prepare and update attendance records for the Material Planner.
