Requirements
- Valid Auditor or Lead Auditor certification in IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing methodologies, and quality improvement tools.
- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple sites and functions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage annual internal audit plans and special audit projects across all sites.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 requirements.
- Lead group-wide quality improvement initiatives to drive standardization and consistency across manufacturing sites.
- Conduct on-site and cross-site audits to assess process compliance and effectiveness.
- Track audit findings and project progress, ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and present audit and quality reports for regular Group Quality Assurance (GQA) meetings.
- Review and audit SOP changes across multiple plants, conduct gap analysis, and follow up on improvement actions.
- Consolidate audit results and comparison reports to support management decision-making.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to the Document Control Center (DCC) and group quality projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between group quality strategies and site operations.
- Independently plan and execute audits, evaluate findings, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
