Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting, or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior working experience is not required.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

Familiar with MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Million Account) is an added advantage

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Good communication skills in English/Mandarin

Able to start immediately is a plus

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management

Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payments and billing

Filing and organizing accounting documents and records

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports

Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
