- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and requests promptly.
- Check and ensure customers’ orders are served correctly and in a timely manner.
- Recommend menu items, signature dishes, and ongoing promotions to customers.
- Obtain feedback from customers regarding food quality, service, and overall dining experience.
- Monitor overall customer dining experience and service satisfaction.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and ratings on platforms such as Google, Dianping, and other online review platforms.
- Assist in handling customer complaints or service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Support outlet marketing or promotional activities when required.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
- Support outlet activities and peak-hour operations when required.
