• Test and ensure websites, landing pages, and related pages are working properly

• Check user flow from entry, registration, login, to key actions

• Work closely with product, tech, and customer support teams to solve issues

• Verify accuracy of data tracking (e.g. registrations, key actions)

• Identify, report, and follow up on system or process issues

• Retest fixes to ensure problems are fully resolved

• Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and conversion performance
