Proven experience as a hairstylist (typically 3–5+ years)

Advanced knowledge of hair techniques (cutting, coloring, chemical treatments)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)

Excellent customer service

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

Provide advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Stay updated on latest hair trends, techniques, and products

Mentor and train junior hairstylists or assistants

Assist in managing salon operations when needed (appointments, inventory, etc.)

Promote and upsell salon products and services
