Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations

  • Monitor and control all warehouse inventory movement.

  • Ensure accurate recording of massage chair and spare parts transactions.

  • Perform inventory reconciliation and stock verification.

  • Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.

  • Ensure proper warehouse organization, storage, and housekeeping standards.

Operational Support

  • Support operational activities related to chair deployment, relocation, withdrawal, and installation.

  • Assist in station maintenance and operational improvement works.

  • Support cleaning and maintenance activities for cashless chair models.

  • Coordinate with Operations team on operational scheduling and support requirements.

Quality Control & Asset

  • Conduct QC inspections for chairs before deployment and after return.

  • Monitor chair condition and coordinate maintenance or repair requirements.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage to minimize asset damage and loss.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly inventory and operational reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation for inventory and operational activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, inventory procedures, and operational standards.

  • Escalate discrepancies or operational issues to management promptly.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) Saturday (9am - 1pm)

Working Location: Kuching & Kota Kinabalu

Tanggungjawab

Requirements:

  • Diploma ot equivalent qualification in Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.

  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel if required.
