Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Certificates

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)

Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.

Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.

Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and analyzing cost data to support management in budgeting, pricing, profitability analysis, and inventory valuation.

Prepare and maintain cost records, standard costings, and cost analysis reports.

Monitor and update Bill of Materials (BOM), product costing, and production variances.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).

Conduct cost analysis on raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.

Review manufacturing processes and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments to gather cost data.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities from a costing perspective.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards.

Assist in audit-related activities and provide supporting documents as required.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or management.
