Kelayakan
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or regulated industry
Solid knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
Proficient in HR systems or payroll software (e.g. Info-Tech, Kakitangan, or similar)
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage
Experience with BSCI social audits or ISO/GMP documentation is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
Assist in developing and implementing the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support the development of career pathways, job grading structures, KPI frameworks, and performance appraisal systems
Coordinate staff incentive and reward programmes
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers
Conduct onboarding programmes for new employees across factory and office operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and employee records
Process monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB accurately
Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour regulations
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries
Coordinate employee welfare activities and internal communications
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility-related matters
