Minimum SPM certificate with pass in all subjects or Diploma in any relevant field.

Minimum 1 year and above experience as clinic assistant in hospital or clinic.

Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Good customer service.

Effective communication with doctors, patients and others.

Able to work intra and inter department.

Teamwork and commitment to provide quality services.

Ability to multi-task and work extra hours depending on situational needs.

Provide safe and quality care to patients and assist doctors during clinic procedures.

Ensure smooth daily operations of the outpatient clinic while providing quality patient care and administrative support.

Manage patient appointments, reminders, enquiries, and guide patients through clinic processes.

Prepare and maintain patient medical records and ensure accurate data entry.

Coordinate laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and referrals.

Maintain clinic cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adequate stock of supplies.

Work closely with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.

Report incidents, maintain patient safety, and protect patient confidentiality.

Support junior staff, attend training, and perform other duties assigned by management.
