  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to work independently
  • Specialization in Cantonese, Hunan, Sichuan, or Fujian cuisine is preferred
  • Experience in private dining, high-end restaurants, clubs, or hotels is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food presentation, fine dining, and VIP service standards is preferred
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable to flexible working schedules
  • Able to adapt to overseas working environments and follow company arrangements

Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare daily meals and ensure high-quality culinary standards for a private club 
  • Design and customize menus according to VIP preferences 
  • Handle ingredient preparation, food processing, and kitchen hygiene management 
  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and food safety standards 
  • Execute dining arrangements for events such as banquets and private gatherings 
  • Provide traveling culinary support for leaders or VIPs when required 
  • Manage kitchen costs and inventory of ingredients
