  • Assist in resolving candidate or recruitment-related inquiries and operational issues.

  • Ensure recruitment records and applicant information are updated accurately.

  • Follow established SOPs to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with Customer Success Executives to support ongoing hiring projects.

  • Assist with ad hoc recruitment and administrative tasks when required.
