Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about the construction industry, eager to learn, and looking to build your career in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri : 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sat : 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (half day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects.
• Support the preparation of Material Take-Offs (MTO) and quantity measurements.
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor claims and preparing payment certificates.
• Help monitor project costs and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
• Perform other quantity surveying and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and quantity surveying practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
