Senior Executive – Human Resource & Administration

Location: Seberang Jaya, Perai, Penang
Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,500

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions while supporting a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
  • Oversee HR operations such as payroll coordination, leave administration, employee benefits, and HR records.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysia Employment Act.
  • Coordinate office administration and facilities to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Good understanding of Malaysia Employment Act.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Willing to undergo training in Penang and relocate permanently to Ipoh in 2027.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
