Sugo Village is seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic retail team on Penang Island. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations and management, with the ultimate goal of developing into a future store manager or leader within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Undergo a structured training program to learn all facets of store management, including inventory control, staff scheduling, customer service, and financial reporting
• Assist the store manager in daily operations and decision-making to ensure efficient and effective store performance
• Participate in analysing sales data and implementing strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Sugo Village'
• Support the training and development of store associates
• Contribute to the implementation of visual merchandising and in-store marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• Aged 20–27 years, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• A strong interest in retail industry -open to fresh graduates with no experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
