Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Based on Experience)

An established construction company based in Taiping, Perak, providing general construction services to clients across Malaysia. Incorporated in 2021 and registered with SSM, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales projects
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Follow up on customer enquiries and leads
• Assist in sales and marketing activities
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Age: 25 – 45 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Sales
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Target-driven and able to achieve sales goals
• Willing to travel outstation and stay overnight when required
• Responsible and a strong team player

Working Hours
Monday – Saturday - (8.30 AM – 6.00 PM)
