Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.

- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments.

- Manage and maintain employee payroll records and related documentation.

- Handle statutory contributions and submissions, including to relevant government agencies.

- Ensure timely submission and compliance with all statutory requirements and employment regulations.

- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation reports, and other HR-related reports as required.

- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external parties on payroll and statutory matters.

- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related data.

- Support year-end payroll activities, including tax-related documentation and reporting.

- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures related to payroll administration.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, payslips, benefits, and statutory matters.

- Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
