What You’ll Be Doing

• You will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of ship machinery and engineering systems onboard vessels.
• Conduct regular inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of marine engines and related equipment.
• Monitor engine performance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in handling engineering documentation and technical reports.
• Support safe engine room operations and coordinate with vessel crew when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering or related engineering field
• Possess relevant maritime/engineering certification (if required by company/flag state)
• At least 3 years of experience in marine engineering or related field (fresh graduates may apply depending on role)
• Strong technical knowledge of marine engines, systems, and equipment
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work in a team and perform under pressure in a marine environment
• Physically fit and willing to work onboard vessels (if applicable)
• Good understanding of safety procedures and maritime regulations
• Proficient in basic technical reporting and documentation
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
