We are looking for a highly dependable and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Group Executive Chairman in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in supporting senior leadership while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Candidates who demonstrate stability, strong ownership, and long-term commitment in their career will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted liaison for the Chairman, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and executive briefings
  • Oversee daily operations of the Chairman’s Office, including supervising Personal Assistants
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for decision-making
  • Support implementation of corporate policies and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and high-level meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive matters effectively
