Kelayakan

  • Must Posses SPMwith a minimum of2 years working experience, OR

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree holders (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Passionate about learning, personal growth, and career development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Positive attitude with good professionalism and integrity.

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin and Bahasa advantage.

  • Must Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence is an advantage.

  • No prior financial services experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.

  • Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable wealth protection and financial planning solutions.

  • Conduct financial needs analysis and prepare personalized recommendations.

  • Deliver professional consultation on wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, and legacy planning.

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continuous support and excellent customer service.

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and company initiatives.

  • Attend professional training, coaching, workshops, and leadership development programmes.

  • Achieve individual performance targets while developing leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
