•SPM/SKM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering

•At least 1 year of experience related to CNC Machinist Milling

•Ability to perform detailed failure analysis and apply systematic fault-finding methods.

•Knowledge of calibration, verification, and documentation practices.

•Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams.

•Commitment to continuous improvement and product reliability.

•Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

•Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

•Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.

•Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and offset adjustments as required.

•Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, and height gauges.

•Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

•Ensure products meet dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.

•Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain good housekeeping practices.

•Record production and quality data accurately.

•Adhere to all safety, quality, and company procedures. procedures. understanding of machining processes and quality control requirements.
