• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Commis in a professional restaurant, hotel, or fine dining kitchen. Experience in Korean or Asian cuisine is an advantage.

• Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and maintaining consistency while following recipes, SOPs, and high-quality presentation standards.

1. Professionalism & Work Ethic

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow.

1. Prepare & Cook Food

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently according to company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

1. Maintain Kitchen Operations

• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, stock rotation, and proper handling of ingredients while maintaining an organised workstation.

1. Support Service & Kitchen Team

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, work efficiently during service, and contribute to a productive and collaborative team environment.
