Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred.

Experienced accountants will be given priority.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsible for daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records

Handle sales, purchases, payments, collections, and account transactions

Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, statements, and other financial documents

Monitor customer accounts receivable and supplier accounts payable

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and financial documents

Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents

Assist with tax, audit, and company secretary requirements

Provide financial information and reports to management when required

Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls

Assist in improving and maintaining company accounting SOP and workflow
