Qualifications and Years of Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or other related field from recognized higher institutions
0-3 years of experience in airlines business, catering operations, contract management, or other relevant areas

Tanggungjawab
Contract Administration
Maintain supplier and customer contract records, including agreements, amendments, renewals, and related correspondence.
Monitor contract milestones and coordinate timely actions for renewals, rate reviews, variations, approvals, and contract execution.
Prepare draft contracts, commercial summaries, price lists, and approval papers in line with governance requirements.
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and compliance with filing and audit standards.
Commercial Evaluation & Contract Value Computation
Consolidate commercial inputs, analysis and justifications for contracts, approval papers, and governance submissions.
Perform contract value calculations and commercial assessments to support tenders, renewals, and contract evaluations.
Review and compare quotations, proposals, and pricing schedules against specifications and operational requirements.
Prepare cost analysis summaries and support validation of commercial data, tender evaluations, and management reporting.
Tender & Renewal Coordination
Coordinate tender, renewal, and contract extension processes with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of approvals and supporting documentation.
Maintain tender and contract trackers, including approval status and document control.
Support contract vetting by preparing summary schedules, appendices, and related documentation.
Governance, Reporting & Board Paper Support
Support preparation of management and board papers for contract awards, renewals, and variations.
Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal governance standards.
Maintain records to support audits, governance reviews, and decision traceability.
Process & Administrative Support
Support continuous improvement of contract templates, commercial evaluation tools, and approval documentation.
Provide administrative support for tender processes, evaluations, and approval workflows.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within contract management records.
Perform other duties and assignments as required to support departmental objectives
