Kelayakan

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, logistics coordination, or a related field is preferred.

  • Possess at least SPM or an equivalent qualification.

  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Chinese(spoken and written), as the role is required to communicate withChina-based suppliers and customers.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while remaining proactive and detail-oriented.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiar with routes within the Klang Valleyand proficient inMicrosoft Office applications.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1.00 PM

  • Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong

Tanggungjawab

1. Delivery Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily delivery tasks based on priority and urgency.

  • Communicate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Service, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) to confirm delivery requirements.

  • Effectively assign tasks to drivers, delivery personnel, or courier services.

  • Monitor daily delivery progress to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Prepare and maintain delivery orders, dispatch records, and proof of delivery documents.

  • Ensure all delivery-related documents are properly signed, completed, and filed accordingly.

3. Communication & Follow-Up

  • Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers to ensure accurate delivery details and updates.

  • Handle urgent or ad-hoc delivery requests in a timely manner.

  • Follow up on delays or any abnormal situations and report them to the Administrative Supervisor or Manager.

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies and road safety regulations.

  • Properly handle confidential documents and company property to ensure security and confidentiality.

  • Report any accidents, damages, or issues to the superior immediately.

5. General Administrative Support

  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and inventory checks.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
