Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, logistics coordination, or a related field is preferred.
Possess at least SPM or an equivalent qualification.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Chinese(spoken and written), as the role is required to communicate withChina-based suppliers and customers.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while remaining proactive and detail-oriented.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Familiar with routes within the Klang Valleyand proficient inMicrosoft Office applications.

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1.00 PM

Tanggungjawab
1. Delivery Coordination
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily delivery tasks based on priority and urgency.
Communicate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Service, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) to confirm delivery requirements.
Effectively assign tasks to drivers, delivery personnel, or courier services.
Monitor daily delivery progress to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Prepare and maintain delivery orders, dispatch records, and proof of delivery documents.
Ensure all delivery-related documents are properly signed, completed, and filed accordingly.
3. Communication & Follow-Up
Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers to ensure accurate delivery details and updates.
Handle urgent or ad-hoc delivery requests in a timely manner.
Follow up on delays or any abnormal situations and report them to the Administrative Supervisor or Manager.
4. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies and road safety regulations.
Properly handle confidential documents and company property to ensure security and confidentiality.
Report any accidents, damages, or issues to the superior immediately.
5. General Administrative Support
Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and inventory checks.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
