Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, automation, electrical engineering, power quality, motor control.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Ability to understand customer challenges and provide practical engineering solutions.
Knowledge of Power Quality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Industrial Motors, Automation Systems, or Electrical Distribution is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging customers at all organizational levels.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and make fact-based decisions.
Willingness to continuously learn, develop, and grow professionally.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport for customer visits and business development activities.

Build trusted partnerships with customers as a trusted advisor for power quality, motor control, and industrial solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in semiconductor, palm oil, food & beverage, medical, and theme park industries.
Engage with customers to understand operational needs, production risks, and reliability concerns, and recommend practical solutions.
Promote and develop business opportunities in Power Quality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Industrial Motor and enabling technologies.
Conduct site visits, technical presentations to help customers improve operational efficiency.
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and submissions that deliver clear technical and commercial value.
Collaborate closely with engineering and team to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, development to project award and account growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging market developments to identify new opportunities for customers.
Contribute to the company's long-term vision of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
Achieve sales targets while upholding the values of Trust, Integrity, Fact-Based Decision Making, and Sustainability.
