• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).

Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Assistant to support the Property Sales Team in managing project coordination and communication.

This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, supporting pre-sales and after-sales activities, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.

You will play a key role in supporting pre-sales and after-sales processes, ensuring all project details are accurate, updated, and well-coordinated.

• Telephone Communication: Actively handle high-volume outbound calls to new/existing customers.

• Sales Generation: Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, benefits, and promotions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, handle complaints professionally, and provide high-quality service.

• Support & Admin: Assist with preparation of sales materials and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly/monthly store targets.
