Mekar Nadi is an online and physical classes provider specifically in mathematics for primary/secondary level and 1 to 1 service provider with 100+ students. Our brand are Pintar Zone and Pintar Prime. We are expanding, thus we need more passionate individual to be part of our management team.

Main task:

To attend prospects inquiries, provide correct information and convince prospects to register for services provided.

We Are Searching For Customer Service With Following Qualities...

• To attend prospects inquiries.
• To provide correct information to prospects.
• To convince prospects to register for services provided by Mekar Nadi.
• To do follow up process as trained creatively.
• To conduct SALES activity via messages, calls and other platforms.
• To involve in activities and programs.
• To work as a team to create an conducive environment.
• Other task as directed later.
• High discipline and punctual.
• Patient and determine to assist prospects for their children better achievements.
• Willing to learn new things with minimal supervision.
• Able and confidence to speak in english even though not fluent.
• Single personnel who did not have any plan to married within 1 year from now
• Possess transportation.
• Possess laptop.
• Cheerful, friendly and love to communicate.

Skills Required:

• Minimum Diploma.
• Experience in sales/live host/customer service is an advantage.
• Communication skills. Enjoy communicating and doing follow-ups.
• Able to work with KPIs.
• Fast learner and coachable.
• Can edit and make simple video or picture from any software.

Basic Salary:

Probation - RM1700 + commission

After probation - RM1800 - RM2000 (according performance) + commission

You can earn up to RM3500 (or even more) including commission every month.
