Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in web/app development or front-end programming.

• Experience with modern frameworks: React, Vue.js, Angular, Laravel.

• Knowledge of ASP.Net, VB.Net, Ajax, PHP, MySQL, REST/JSON.

• Knowledge of SQL programming skills (MSSQL & MySQL), including reporting services setup and maintenance.

• Experience with API development, integrations, and ETL reporting.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Description 

Position Overview 
We are looking for a skilled Web & Apps Developer to manage website and mobile application development. In this role, you will handle both front-end and back-end development to create smooth and user-friendly digital experiences for the company and clients. 

 
Web & App Development 

• Design, build, and maintain websites and mobile apps (Android & iOS). 

• Create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, Laravel). 

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and database-driven systems. 

Collaboration & Design 

• Work with product managers, designers, and developers to turn wireframes and prototypes into responsive code. 

• Create and manage visual assets, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 

• Integrate front-end with back-end systems and APIs. 

Quality & Performance 

• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and security. 

• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) across browsers and devices. 

• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. 

• Manage application deployment, upgrades, and production support. 

• Maintain technical documentation and workflows. 

• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and trends in web/app development and UI/UX. 

• Gather user feedback and iterate designs to enhance user experience. 

• Recommend improvements to system architecture, security, and practices. 

• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
