Proven experience in CNC Milling machine operation and setup.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control standards.

Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.

Ability to perform troubleshooting and process adjustments.

Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Milling machines to produce precision parts.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.

Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and offset adjustments.

Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality.

Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.

Ensure all products meet dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.

Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping.

Accurately record production and quality data.

Adhere to safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
