Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.

• Preferably with experience in banking, insurance, or financial planning.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain financial products clearly.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail in documentation and compliance.

• Licensed/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Life Insurance qualification (a plus but not mandatory).

• Passionate about helping clients achieve financial stability and protection.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage SME and individual clients to assess financial goals and recommend appropriate business loans, insurance coverage, and estate planning solutions.

• Prepare and process loan applications, documentation, and supporting materials according to bank and institutional criteria.

• Provide professional advice on life, medical, business, and general insurance products to ensure adequate financial protection for clients.

• Assist in developing and executing estate plans, including wills, trusts, and succession strategies, in collaboration with legal and financial partners.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank loan products, insurance plans, and estate planning tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, marketing, legal, audit) to ensure smooth client servicing and compliance.

• Participate in business development activities, events, and campaigns to promote NY Capital’s services.

• Support continuous improvement in financial advisory processes and contribute ideas for client growth and retention.
