The IT Executive is responsible for supporting the Company's information technology operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure. The role provides technical support to users, troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues, manages user accounts and system access, and ensures data backup and system security are maintained.

The incumbent will assist in planning and implementing IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements while coordinating with external vendors when required. The IT Executive also monitors the performance and availability of IT systems, supports the evaluation and procurement of hardware and software, maintains IT documentation and standard operating procedures, and provides guidance to employees on the effective use of IT applications.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
