Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
-Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and architects.
-Utilise software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) for design and presentation.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
-Present design concepts to clients.
