Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate
Minimum 1 year in call center environment has added advantage
Willing and able to work on shift
Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome
Training will be provided
Able to work in rotational shift (Day & Night) include weekends and Public Holiday
Responsibilities
Answer and respond to incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information, solutions, and support with courteous telephone etiquette.
Record customer details and issues correctly in the system.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity at all times.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by management in support of service excellence.
Meet productivity goals (such as talk time and log-in time) while maintaining excellent service quality.
