Welcome customers and provide personalized beauty consultations based on their needs and preferences.

Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty products.

Demonstrate product usage, application techniques, and explain product benefits.

Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Keep up to date with new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.

Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and fully stocked.

Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Retail Associate, or in customer service is preferred.

Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and customer service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets.

Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, or makeup application is an added advantage.
